How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by tapping "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store (Google Play or App Store). Go to your subscriptions in the store settings and select LinguaFlow to manage or cancel. Your premium access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I use LinguaFlow offline?
Yes! Premium subscribers can download lessons for offline use. Tap the download icon on any lesson to save it for learning on the go without an internet connection.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings under "Account" > "Delete Account." Alternatively, you can email privacy@lingua-flow.app with your request. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through the app store where you made your purchase. Apple App Store and Google Play have their own refund policies. Contact their support for refund requests. For billing issues, you can also reach out to our support team.
What languages can I learn?
We currently offer Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, and more. We're constantly adding new languages based on user demand. Check the app for the current full list.
